EdgeRouter 6 PoE

The ER-6P (EdgeRouter 6 PoE) is a fanless high-performance Gigabit PoE router delivering 50% increased performance over the EdgeRouter Pro with 24V passive PoE output on all five RJ45 ports for powering access points, IP cameras, and other PoE devices across East African ISP and enterprise deployments. Measuring 229 × 136.5 × 31.1 mm (9 × 5.4 × 1.2") and weighing 730 g (1.6 lb), the ER-6P features a metal enclosure and supports desk, wall, and rack mounting — with optional Rack Mount Kit model ER-RMKIT. Powered by a four-core 1 GHz MIPS64 processor with 1 GB DDR3 RAM. The feature-rich EdgeOS makes it a versatile tool for carrier-grade and enterprise networks. Management via (1) RJ45 serial port.

The ER-6P provides (5) GbE RJ45 ports with 24V passive PoE output in both 2-pair and 4-pair modes — delivering up to 24W per port (4-pair) or 12W per port (2-pair) — alongside a (1) 1G SFP port for fibre uplink connectivity. LED indicators cover Ethernet PoE/link/speed/activity and SFP link/activity.
