ER-12P (EdgeRouter 12P) is a
high-performance Gigabit PoE router delivering up to
3.4 million pps Layer 3 forwarding with 24V 2-pair passive PoE output on all ten RJ45 ports and dual SFP fibre uplinks — combining comprehensive wired and PoE device connectivity for East African carrier-grade and enterprise network deployments. Measuring
268.1 × 136.5 × 31.1 mm (10.6 × 5.4 × 1.2") and weighing
700 g (1.5 lb), the ER-12P is powered by a
four-core 1 GHz MIPS64 processor with 1 GB DDR3 RAM and 4 GB eMMC plus 8 MB SPI NOR flash storage. Management via
(1) RJ45 serial port with EdgeOS or UISP.

The
ER-12P provides
(10) GbE RJ45 ports with 24V passive PoE 2-pair output (pins 4, 5+; 7, 8-) at up to 17W per port and
(2) 1G SFP ports for fibre uplink.
Passive PoE voltage range: 20–30V. Powered by an
included 60W external AC/DC adapter (24V DC, 2.5A) with 9–30V DC supported voltage range.
