The
ER-10X (EdgeRouter 10X) is an
advanced 10-port Gigabit router combining Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 routing, and 24V passive PoE flexibility in a compact wall and rack-mountable form factor suited to East African small enterprise and branch deployments. Measuring
268.1 × 136.5 × 31.1 mm (10.6 × 5.4 × 1.2") and weighing
600 g (1.3 lb), the ER-10X supports
wall and rack mounting via optional rack mount kit model ER-RMKIT. Powered by a
dual-core 880 MHz MIPS1004Kc processor with 512 MB DDR3 RAM and 512 MB NAND flash. Management via
(1) RJ45 serial port and EdgeOS or the
Ubiquiti Network Management System (UNMS).
The
ER-10X provides
(10) GbE RJ45 ports with
24V passive PoE input on port 1 and PoE DC/PoE passthrough on port 10 at up to 15W (24V, 0.63A) — enabling self-powered deployment from a PoE source and power delivery to a downstream device.
Layer 3 forwarding performance: 260,000 pps for 64-byte packets and 1 Gbps line rate for 1518-byte and larger packets. Power input via
included 24W AC/DC adapter (24V, 1A) or 24V passive PoE.
