AF60-HD (airFiber 60 HD) is a
compact multi-gigabit 60 GHz PtP bridge — Terragraph certified — delivering up to 6 Gbps throughput with channel bonding across urban and campus links of up to 2 km in a significantly more compact and lightweight package than the AF60-XG and AF60-XR. Measuring just
Ø189 × 89 mm (Ø7.4 × 3.5") and weighing
1.8 kg (3.9 lb) without or 2.95 kg (6.5 lb) with mount, the AF60-HD features an
aluminium alloy and UV-stabilised plastic enclosure with stainless steel (SUS304) mount and IPX6 weatherproofing. The included
60G precision alignment pole mount enables accurate beam targeting. Powered by a
Quad-core ARM® Cortex® A72 at 1.6 GHz with 2 GB DDR4 memory. Operates in
PtP mode only in bridge mode.

60 GHz main radio operates across
57–66 GHz with standard
2160 MHz channel bandwidth or 4320 MHz with channel bonding enabled — delivering the full 6 Gbps capability.
Vertically-linear polarised antenna with 3° × 3° beamwidth provides precise targeting across urban East African building-to-building deployments.
GPS synchronisation enables network-wide timing coordination. Fixed
50/50 uplink/downlink ratio. Dual ports —
(1) GbE RJ45 and (1) 1/10G SFP+ port.
WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption.
