U6+

The U6+ (U6+) is a compact, ceiling-mounted WiFi 6 access point designed for small and medium-sized business wireless deployments. This dual-band WiFi 6 AP features 4 spatial streams (2x2 DL/UL MU-MIMO on both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz) delivering up to 2.4 Gbps on 5 GHz (BW160) and 573.5 Mbps on 2.4 GHz (BW40). The integrated antennas provide 5.4 dBi gain (5 GHz) and 3 dBi gain (2.4 GHz) for 140 m² (1,500 ft²) coverage.

The U6+ supports 300+ simultaneous connected devices with 802.11ax (WiFi 6) and backward compatibility with WiFi 5/4 standards. Enhanced performance over U6 Lite includes 2.4 Gbps max rate (vs 1.2 Gbps), 160 MHz channel bandwidth support on 5 GHz, and 140 m² coverage (vs 93 m²). PoE powered (44-57V DC, 9W max) enables efficient deployment with GbE RJ45 uplink. Compact dimensions of Ø160 x 33 mm (Ø6.3 x 1.3") and lightweight 338 g (11.9 oz) design simplify installation.

Operating temperature range of -30°C to 60°C (-22°F to 140°F) and 5-95% humidity tolerance support diverse installation environments. Max TX power of 23 dBm on both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz provides reliable coverage. Advanced features include wireless meshing, band steering, 802.11v/r/k support, Passpoint (Hotspot 2.0), captive portal, PPSK, RADIUS over TLS (RadSec), and 8 BSSIDs per radio. Channel bandwidth support includes HT 20/40, VHT 20/40/80/160, HE 20/40/80/160 MHz. Ceiling and wall mounts included with polycarbonate and aluminum construction. UniFi Network version 7.3.76+ provides centralized management.
