Measuring 442.4 × 43.7 × 285.6 mm (17.4 × 1.7 × 11.2") and weighing 4.7 kg (10.4 lb), the UDM-Pro-Max is powered by a Quad-core ARM® Cortex®-A57 processor at 2.0 GHz with 8 GB system memory, 32 GB eMMC, and 128 GB integrated SSD — delivering the enhanced computing power required to simultaneously manage 200+ UniFi Network devices and 2,000+ simultaneous connected clients while running the full application suite. The 1.3" touchscreen display provides at-a-glance system status directly on the unit.

The UDM-Pro-Max runs the full UniFi Application Suite — Network, Protect, Access, Talk, and Connect. UniFi Protect supports (50) HD, (25) 2K, and (15) 4K managed cameras — nearly double the camera capacity of the UDM-SE — with (2) 3.5" NVR HDD bays offering RAID data protection for redundant surveillance storage, plus a built-in 128 GB SSD for instant detection recordings. UniFi Access supports up to 150 managed access hubs for comprehensive door and physical access control across large facilities. UniFi Power Backup (USP-RPS) ready with 11.5V DC, 8.7A DC input ensures continued operation during power interruptions — essential for mission-critical East African deployments.
