CloudKey+ (UCK-G2-SSD)

The UCK-G2-SSD (CloudKey+) is a compact, all-in-one UniFi management console purpose-built for organisations that need a dedicated local controller running the complete UniFi application suite with cloud connectivity via UniFi Site Manager at unifi.ui.com. Measuring 131.2 × 27.1 × 134.2 mm (5.2 × 1.1 × 5.3") and weighing 560 g (1.2 lb), the UCK-G2-SSD fits cleanly into any rack, cabinet, or desktop environment. Powered by an Octa-core ARM® Cortex®-A53 based processor with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC, it delivers smooth, simultaneous multi-application performance without requiring a dedicated server or PC. The 1.42" greyscale OLED display provides at-a-glance system status monitoring.

The UCK-G2-SSD runs the full UniFi Application Suite — Network, Protect, Access, Talk, and Connect — providing unified management of networking infrastructure, IP surveillance, physical access control, VoIP communications, and connectivity services from a single appliance. UniFi Protect supports (24) HD cameras, (14) 2K cameras, and (8) 4K cameras for comprehensive video surveillance management. UniFi Access supports up to 80 managed access hubs for door access control across facilities. All applications connect seamlessly to UniFi Site Manager for cloud-hybrid management, enabling remote monitoring and administration from anywhere — particularly valuable for distributed deployments across multiple locations in East Africa.

Storage is provided by a pre-installed 1 TB 2.5" SATA SSD — user-upgradeable — offering ample capacity for NVR recordings, configuration data, and application logs without requiring external storage. Connectivity is via (1) GbE RJ45 networking interface with Bluetooth for instant out-of-box setup via the UniFi mobile application. Management is available via Ethernet and Bluetooth.

Primary power is via PoE at a maximum of 9.6W — allowing the UCK-G2-SSD to be powered directly from any PoE-capable UniFi switch port without additional cabling. Optional USB-C power with Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 compliant adapter at 9V DC/2A provides flexible deployment where PoE is unavailable. The anodised aluminium enclosure provides a premium, durable finish suited to professional installations. Operating temperature 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F) with 20–80% non-condensing humidity suits controlled indoor environments across East Africa. CE, FCC, IC, Anatel, and SRRC certified, fully NDAA compliant.
