About the CloudKey Enterprise (CK-Enterprise)
The CK-Enterprise (CloudKey Enterprise) is a mission-critical, enterprise-grade 1U rack-mount UniFi Console purpose-engineered for organisations that have outgrown compact controller solutions and require industrial-scale UniFi network management infrastructure. Measuring 787 × 43.7 × 481.4 mm (31 × 1.7 × 19") and weighing 13.1 kg (28.9 lb), the CK-Enterprise occupies a standard 1U rack slot and is built for permanent installation in data centres, server rooms, and network operations centres. At its core sits a 16-core Intel® Xeon®-SP Gold 5218 processor at 2.3 GHz with (2) 16 GB system memory modules and 256 GB M.2 2280 SATA on-board storage — delivering the computational headroom required to simultaneously manage 1,000+ UniFi Network devices and 10,000+ simultaneous connected clients without performance degradation. Requires UniFi Network version 7.3.83 and later.
The CK-Enterprise runs the UniFi Network Application at massive scale, providing centralised visibility and control across entire enterprise campuses, multi-site service provider networks, and distributed deployments spanning multiple countries. The 1.3" touchscreen display provides at-a-glance system status directly on the unit. Bluetooth enables instant out-of-box setup via the UniFi mobile application. Management is available via Ethernet and Bluetooth with LED indicators for Ethernet, SFP+, and CRPS (Common Redundant Power Supply) status.
Connectivity is provided via (1) 10G SFP+ port (10G/1G) and (2) GbE RJ45 ports (1G/100M/10M), enabling high-speed integration into core switching infrastructure. ESD/EMP protection: ±15 kV air, ±8 kV contact — the highest protection rating in the UniFi console lineup — safeguards the appliance against electrical surges, which is particularly critical in East African environments where power quality can be variable.
Enterprise reliability is ensured by dual hot-swappable 550W redundant AC/DC power supply units — if one PSU fails, the other maintains full operation without any downtime or manual intervention. Maximum power consumption is 190W with power input via universal AC input at 100–240V AC, 7A maximum, 50/60 Hz — fully compatible with power infrastructure across all East African markets. Heat dissipation of 648 BTU/hr requires adequate rack ventilation and data centre cooling. The front panel is anodised aluminium with an SGCC steel chassis and SGCC steel mount material for maximum structural rigidity in permanent rack installations.
Operating temperature 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F) with 8–90% non-condensing humidity suits controlled data centre and server room environments. CE, FCC, and IC certified, fully NDAA compliant.
