The PBE-5AC-500 (airMAX PowerBeam 5AC 500) is a 5 GHz PtP wireless bridge featuring a 500 mm diameter integrated dish reflector delivering 27 dBi gain with an optional radome for additional weather protection — ideal for East African outdoor tower and rooftop PtP link deployments. Measuring 520 × 520 × 308 mm (20.5 × 20.5 × 12.1") without radome or 525 × 525 × 315 mm (20.7 × 20.7 × 12.4") with radome and weighing 2.35 kg (5.2 lb) without or 3.2 kg (7 lb) with radome in a UV-stabilised plastic enclosure with included pole mount kit. Wind survivability of 96 km/h (60 mph). ±24 kV air/contact ESD/EMP protection. Environmental testing includes salt fog, vibration, temperature shock, UV, and wind-driven rain. Powered via passive PoE 2-pair at 8.5W maximum (20–27V DC) with included 24V, 0.5A gigabit PoE adapter.
