The
UISP-Console (UISP Console) is a
purpose-built UISP host console combining an integrated switch, multi-gigabit Ethernet gateway, and substantial on-board storage for centralised management of large-scale East African ISP and WISP network deployments. Measuring
210.4 × 140.2 × 43.7 mm (8.3 × 5.5 × 1.7") and weighing
1.5 kg (3.2 lb), the UISP-Console features an
SGCC steel and polycarbonate enclosure and supports
1U rack or wall mounting with included mounting kits. Powered by a
Quad-core ARM® Cortex®-A57 at 1.7 GHz with 4 GB DDR4 memory, 16 GB eMMC, and 128 GB SSD — providing ample processing power and storage for UISP application hosting. A
microSD card slot supports up to 2 TB for expanded storage.
The
UISP-Console provides
(8) LAN GbE RJ45 ports, (1) WAN GbE RJ45 port, (1) LAN 1/10G SFP+ port, and (1) WAN 1/10G SFP+ port delivering up to
8,500 Mbps NAT throughput. The
additional Power TransPort DC input (27V DC, 1.5A) provides power redundancy for mission-critical deployments — essential for East African networks requiring continuous uptime.
Management via Ethernet in-band and Bluetooth.
±15kV air and ±8kV contact ESD/EMP protection.
